Return & Exchange Window

  • Contact info@clean-link.com within 30 calendar days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • Requests received after 30 days cannot be processed.

 

Eligibility Requirements

  1. RMA required – Shipments returned without a Clean-Link RMA number will be refused.

  2. Condition – Products must be:

    • Unused, uninstalled, and in original cartons (including all labels, gaskets, and documentation).

    • Free of contamination by dust, chemicals, or process residues.

  3. Proof of purchase – Provide PO number, invoice, or Clean-Link order confirmation.

  4. Traceable freight – Buyer must use a trackable carrier and share tracking details.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-engineered filters or non-standard dimensions.

  • Products marked Final Sale or Clearance.

  • Units damaged in the customer’s facility, or exposed to hazardous materials.

Return Procedure

  1. Request RMA – Email info@clean-link.com with photos/video (if applicable) plus order details. Response within 2 business days.

  2. Ship product – After you receive the RMA & return address, ship within 10 days. Attach the RMA paperwork to the outside of the carton.

  3. Inspection – Clean-Link inspects returns within 5 business days of arrival.

  4. Refund / Exchange

    • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.

    • Exchanges ship on the freight terms agreed in the RMA email.

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Order Cancellation

  • Before dispatch: Email info@clean-link.com with your PO or order number. If the order has not yet left our warehouse, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • After dispatch: The order falls under the standard return process above; freight/restocking may apply.
