These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of clean-link.com and any quotation, invoice, purchase-order acceptance, content, software, or services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Guangzhou Clean-Link Air Filtration Technology Co., Ltd. (“Clean-Link,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By visiting the Site, requesting a quotation, or purchasing our industrial air-filtration products, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
The Site is intended only for business or institutional customers (B2B). By using the Services, you confirm you act on behalf of a company or organisation and have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You must not purchase products for resale without our prior written approval.
A contract forms when we issue an order confirmation or dispatch products, whichever occurs first.
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, export-control restrictions, or credit concerns).
Prices are quoted EXW Guangzhou (Incoterms 2020) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms appear on the invoice. Late payments incur interest at 1.5 % per month (or the maximum legal rate).
Bank charges, customs duties, VAT, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Title and risk transfer to the buyer upon hand-over to the carrier.
Transit dates are estimates; we are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, carrier issues, etc.).
Standard products may be returned within 30 days of receipt with a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA). Custom or non-standard items are non-returnable.
Our Return & Refund Policy (see refund policy) forms part of these Terms.
All trademarks, logos, photos, drawings, and technical data published on the Site are the property of Clean-Link or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse this content without prior written consent.
You agree not to:
a) Use the Site in violation of export-control, anti-bribery, or other applicable laws;
b) Introduce malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers;
c) Harvest data or send unsolicited commercial messages;
d) Misrepresent your affiliation with Clean-Link.
Links on the Site to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Clean-Link is not responsible for the content or accuracy of external sites and disclaims all liability for transactions conducted through them.
The Site and all content are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clean-Link disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, production downtime, data loss) are excluded. In any event, Clean-Link’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific products or Services giving rise to the claim.
You shall indemnify and hold harmless Clean-Link, its affiliates, directors, and employees from any third-party claims arising out of (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) misuse of the Services, or (iii) violation of applicable laws.
Clean-Link may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you breach these Terms. Sections relating to intellectual property, payment obligations, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Guangzhou Sub-Commission, in English, and the award shall be final and binding.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on clean-link.com. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
